Troubleshoot VPN

Step 1


Do you see the Avail icon in the task bar?

If not – click the taskbar arrow, then click and drag the icon:

Step 2


Click the Avail icon and choose “Reset VPN”

Are you able to access the server now? If not, proceed to the next step:

Step 3


Click the Avail icon again and choose “Start VPN”

Still not working?


Restart your computer

Still no luck?
