When an employee leaves the organization, you may need access to their emails. This is accomplished by IT staff providing you with delegate access to the mailbox.
To access a delegated mailbox you will need to click a link in an email you receive from Google.
Keep an eye out for this email.
Once you click the verify link you can access the delegated account emails by clicking on your profile icon in the top right of Gmail and clicking on the delegated account.
